Programming With Purpose

The Prince William County, Virginia Chapter delivers thoughtfully designed educational, cultural, civic, recreational, social, and service-centered experiences that empower our children and teens to learn, lead, serve, and thrive.

Through intentional planning, experiential learning, and community partnerships, our programs build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, expand cultural awareness, and prepare young people to make a positive impact within our chapter and throughout the communities we serve.

How We Develop Young Leaders

Our programming provides age-appropriate experiences that build confidence, expand knowledge, encourage service, and prepare our children and teens to lead with character and purpose. 

Leadership Development

Experiences that strengthen communication, confidence, teamwork, decision-making and civic responsibility. 

Educational and Cultural Enrichment

Programs that encourage curiosity, expand knowledge, and deepen appreciation for African American history, culture and achievement.

Hands-on opportunities that help children and teens understand community needs and lead with empathy, responsibility and purpose.
