In the News: We Are the Blueprint — Empowering Women, Empowering Generations
Prince William County Chapter Featured in Bristow Beat | October 29, 2026
Leadership, legacy, and service took center stage as the Prince William County, VA Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. proudly hosted the Eastern Region Southern Area Work Day, welcoming more than 750 mothers, teens, and tweens from approximately 21 chapters across the DMV.
In a special feature published by Bristow Beat, the event’s impact came to life through stories of sisterhood, youth leadership, empowerment, and meaningful community service.
Among the highlights was our chapter’s Baby Love Initiative, founded by teen Noah Sneed and continued by his younger brother, Justice Sneed. Together, participating families assembled more than 100 care bags containing essential supplies for mothers and infants experiencing housing insecurity in Washington, D.C.
The feature also spotlighted inspiring perspectives from regional and national leadership, keynote speaker Lesli Foster, and our Chapter President, Rosalynn Perry.
More than a gathering, Area Work Day demonstrated what happens when generations come together with a shared commitment to leadership, service, and community impact.
Special appreciation to Chapter Mother Carylee Carrington for beautifully capturing this story and bringing our local community’s contributions to a wider audience.
